For the third day of my Back To School series, I wanted to post a little bit about what to carry with you during school. Nobody likes carrying tons of books, binders, and supplies, but then again, how else are you going to stay well organized and prepared for class? Thus, I have the answer here for you today. 🙂
Personally, I like to carry a medium sized purse that can easily go on my shoulder. In my purse I like to carry…
- Flash drive!
- Mechanical Pencil and Pens
- Lip products
- Lil’ bit of cash
- Important cards & I.D.
- Granola bar
These essentials help tremendously! Usually throughout the school year I also have a tendency to carry a small scientific calculator for homework purposes in math or sometimes science. If you do not own or wish to own a purse for school, there are all sorts of really cute mini backpacks and drawstring bags for your school supply needs. Oh, and don’t forget to add a map of the school! Even if you know your way around, there are those moments when you need to find a new room or help somebody else out, and trust me, the map DEFINITELY comes in handy…especially the first few days!
I hoped that this helped you a bit figuring out what to carry with you. It helps to carry the right stuff for when you need it, but of course feel free to keep as much as you can in your locker. Usually, if you take your schedule before school starts and a map, you can figure out personally how much you will have to carry with you between classes and how much time you will have to get to your locker when needed. Planning helps, my friends!
